da last day in da ward..

is also da worst day of my posting here..

it was terrible..

da in charge today only noe hw to complain..

nvr really do their work..

n keep asking why why why -.-lll

den at da end of da day, only check da charts..

den ask me, y is tis nt done? y is tat nt updated??

pls lo.. i'm just a student.. hw much can i do???

wan i run da ward izzit??? -.-lll

didn't follow up den wen wan write report only ask tis n tat..

really sux -.-lll

didn't ask me to do den wan blame me..

nvr seen such lousy in charge..

anyway.. bad mood today also..

everything abt today sux!!

n i was alone T_T jes chged to morning shift..

but lucky piggy came to fetch me home XD

ytd, da SN is very nice..

she let me help her so serve medications..

as there's ntg much to do.. so i helped her..

i dun really like to serve medication..

cos i still nt familiar wif da med..

da SN slowly tell me wat's da medications is for..

n each pt hv more den 5med sia -.-lll

also observe a bladder scan XD also CTG..

i followed a doc to do blood taking..

n he told me 5yrs down da road i wouldn't wan to c anymore..

i just smile.. den he ask me hw old am i..

i was thinking shld i tell him da real age?? XD

anyway, i told him i was 27..

n he said i was joking n i'm a real joker -.-lll

do i really look tat young??

n i was wearing a mask lo.. hw he noe i'm nt 27 -.-lll

stopped blogging for a few days..

was damn tired lo..

3days morning shift in da ward -.-lll

lucky tml n fri on noon shift le..

but heard from sh ntg much to do..

nvm :) i've done enuf.. can slack XD

da SNs n ENs were very nice n helpful..

they taught us alot..

n they are willing to teach us.. XD

had to replace back da 15mins..

den i headed to jb..

didn't blog ytd, cos i was very tired..

i slept quite early..

ytd was in da ward..

was quite busy lo..

but it was fun..

help bedmaking n sponging pts..

den i help to feed a lady..

also saw ECG n blood taking for FBC i think XD

do a lot of smu again -.-ll

was in labour ward today..

at 1st ntg much to do..

just observe da nurse check para..

den serve diet..

ard noon, there was a delivery XD

n da mother is so nice..

she let 3of us to watch..

it was painful -.-ll

but da baby is so cute..

also gt to c da doc do da epidural..

today was at da nursery..

start of da shift we took their para..

da 1st baby i took was very 'guai' XD

didn't cry wen i took da temp n resp..

n i can feel da pulse :)

n da nurse chg da baby..

i gt da baby tat keeps crying -.-ll

n i couldn't get da pulse -.-ll

in de end aziah else help me to take da pulse -.-ll

after tat, da babies were send out to their mummy XD

n da nursery was quiet empty..

only 3babies left..

n i gt to feed a baby.. so cute haha..

we also saw BCG injection -.-ll

only bath a baby, chg diapers n feed a baby XD

but it was an enjoyable experience..

it's diff from peads in kk..

n today we saw a 12wks fetus..

it's so sad..

there are ppl who tried so hard to gt a baby..

yet there are ppl who just aborted it like tis..

fri only go to labour ward :(

today's posting is at OGC ( i keep saying OCG XD)

at there saw ultrascan..

OMG!! i really say da baby..

it's so cute.. da baby keep moving ard..

like he noes we're looking at him XD

n his hands was covering da eyes XD

so damn cute sia..

den went to consultation room..

mostly to observe da procedures done there..

n we nd to chaperon de doc cos they r mosly males..

n it's a obs n gynae center..

sad thing to say is there are ppl who came in for MTPT n TOP..

n wat sadden me most is da attitude..

it's like they just wanna gt rid of smtg they dun wan..

but hv they think abt it as their mistake??

n it's an innocent life..

wat's worst is da story tat da SN told us ytd..

if ur interested to noe can ask me XD

i dun think it's rite to post it here..

i'm looking forward to da following days XD

tml will be in da nursery XD

i think i will enjoy myself in obs n gynae XD

da CI n lecturer there are very nice..

n da cute babies XD

tis wk will be morning shift only..

tml will be at OGC..

wed will be in nursery..

will be assess for infant bath XD

thurs will be in labour ward

fri will be in da ward itself XD

so excited.. i hope to gt to c labour hehe..

n da CI was overloading us -.-lll

after 3pm, my brain refused to work alr -.-lll

n i didn't really jot down notes anymore..

da babies are so cute XD

today gt to c a baby had BCG injection..

hehe.. hope tml will hv chance to c more stuff XD

i failed 1 of my lab skills on tue..

smtg happened during da test -.-lll

shall nt elaborate cos it's super duper embarrassing >.<

today karen saw me n ask if i'm ok..

i feel so ps lo..

i told her i'm ok :)

tat day i was just too anxious n gt scared..
den i ask her, y izzit da lecturers tis time is so criticising??

she told me it's nt criticise.. it's feedback..

she told me in da clinical setting, it may be even worst..

they just wan us to be prepared for our attachment..

she said as time passed by, our 'skin' will be thicker..

thinking back, i think i can understand y..

da lecturers r fierce, loud or sarcastic..

n they dun like us to argue wif them..

we're student n we're nt suppose to argue back..

we're suppose to act according to situations..

i think i nd to rmb hard..

i dun wanna make da same mistake again..

karen told us da failing rate is high..

n even those who passed r nt tat happy..

cos even they gt 'feedbacks'..

but at least they passed..

n grats for those who passed XD

for those who didn't, like me,

will hv to work on it n pass da retest!!!
